You can email them by looking up the cancelled order and get them to place another order for it. Go to advanced search and select cancelled orders and then click on the buyer name.

No you can’t reverse it. Only buyer can re-purchase not Amazon. Send buyer a message asking if they will purchase again as cancelled in error.
