The Sync Module has a physical reset button located next to the USB port on the side of the device (pictured below). This button should only be used to put your Sync Module into setup mode. Pressing this button will bring your system offline until you reconfigure your Sync Module.

Where is the blink module reset button?

The reset button is located on the right-hand side of the Sync Module next to the USB port. Please note that this could take between 15-30 seconds. This will cause the Sync Module to reboot into setup mode.

How do I reset my Blink Sync module?

To reset the module, you will press and hold the reset button on the device’s side—next to the USB port—until the light turns red. This may take 15-30 seconds. You will know that the reset was successful when you see one solid green light and one flashing blue light.
