Ian Richardson (– July 2021) worked over 30 years in video games, including senior roles at Gremlin, Ocean, Europress and Rage during the 1990s. Later he was best known for his work as business development director for Sumo Digital, where he spent six years before passing away in July 2021 at the age of 53. Alan Wake: Remastered (2021) and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (2023) are dedicated to his memory.
