Dracthyr Evoker is World of Warcraft's first Class/Race combination, added in the World of Warcraft Dragonflight expansion launching on November 28th, 2022. Dracthyr Evokers have two forms they can switch between, their draconic Dracthyr form and humanoid Visage form.

Can Dracthyr turn into human form?

you have to complete the entire quest line then you can do it. At the end of the Questline in Stormwind you'll get your human form :).

Can Dracthyr stay in humanoid form?

Dracthyr Evokers are able to switch freely between two customizable forms: A humanoid visage, and a draconic form to battle foes and overcome obstacles.
