For Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI or FAST, while your application is in the Interview Scheduled stage, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment by logging in to the TTP website. On the Dashboard, select Reschedule Interview or Cancel Interview on the application.

Can I cancel my Global Entry application and get a refund?

Please note the refunds can only apply to applications that have not been submitted, we CANNOT offer a refund for applications once they have been processed and submitted. This includes any event where the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Trusted Traveler Program decides to cancel an application.
