Woody and Kleiny, otherwise known as Paul Wood and Paul Klein, are a British freestyle football duo who gained fame after their appearance in the third series of Britain’s Got Talent. At the time, Wood was 19 and Klein was 17. In their audition, they performed football tricks simultaneously and were praised by Simon Cowell who called them “the Ant-y and Dec-y of football juggling”. After their audition, the duo were sent through to the next round, but unfortunately did not reach the semi-finals.

Despite not making it to the semi-finals, Woody and Kleiny gained a huge amount of fans and support from around the world. In 2007, Wood appeared in a documentary film called In the Hands of the Gods, which followed him and his friends as they attempted to raise money by showcasing their freestyle skills in order to fund a trip to Buenos Aires. After their BGT audition, Klein received a career-threatening back injury, which prevented them from pursuing their existing career any further. However, this led them to turn to performing tricks on YouTube and Instagram, where they have millions of followers.
