Kyle turned professional in 2014 and has reached the last 32 at Alexandra Palace four times. He is one of only eight players to hit a nine-dart finish at the PDC World Championship. In August 2017, he won his first ranking title at a Players Championship event, and a week later, he won the Auckland Darts Masters. He also had a second televised nine-darter in the 2017 European Championship semi-finals, and he competed in the 2013 Sydney Darts Masters and 2014 World Championship with his brother Beau.
