In March 2016, he was convicted guilty of three charges of sexual assault: assaulting an inebriated woman with the purpose to rape her, sexually penetrating an intoxicated person with a foreign object, and sexually penetrating an unconscious person with a foreign object. On January 18, 2015, he sexually assaulted “Emily Doe,” a 22-year-old woman who was inebriated and unconscious. When he committed the crime, he was 19 years old.
