Nisha solely worked in movies and never inked a deal with a TV show production company. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Mangal Nayagi in 1980 and  made her Malayalam film debut with Chuvappu Naada in 1990.

She enjoys success and luxury in her life during the 1980s and is well-known among the audience and  has worked with well-known directors such as Visu, K Balachander, and Chandrashekar. Nisha Noor’s most recent film to be released in theaters was the Malayalam film Mimics Action 500. (1995).

Nisha’s flourishing life was interrupted by the aforementioned tragedy. She became involved in the prostitute business and  dropped out of the industry after being turned down for work by every director and actor and  is claimed to have made a living as a prostitute after 1995. She was taken aback by the fact that no one wants to collaborate with her.

Nisha Noor’s financial situation deteriorated, and she spent the latter years of her life in poverty. She struggled to achieve her basic survival requirements. However, we don’t have any proof as to why she hasn’t been able to find work. and how she dealt with infections such as AIDS? In 2007, however, the story of her involvement in prostitution and death from AIDS was trending in the media.

She was discovered asleep outside a Dargah (a sacred shrine) in Chennai on the last day of her life. Nisha’s health had deteriorated by the time the local people noticed her, with worms and insects crawling all over her body. Nisha’s entire body was revealed to be a skeleton. At the time, no one knew she was a well-known actress.

However, it was found that she was actress Nisha Noor after cops and Tamil NGO (Muslim Munnetta Kazhagam) workers shifted her to the hospital. Doctors discovered she was suffering from an AIDS-related illness. On April 23, 2007, she passed away in a hospital. She is claimed to have been completely oblivious that she has AIDS.
