Since its eleventh season, T.J. Lavin, whose full name is Thomas Joseph Lavin, has hosted MTV’s reality show The Challenge. And, as a result of the extreme conditions that the television personality is required to face as a result of his hobbies, Lavin had an accident and fell into a coma.

But, thanks to the love and support of his then-girlfriend turned wife, Roxanne Siordia, a fitness pro and nutritionist, Lavin was able to recover quickly. This, however, pales in comparison to what the couple has done for each other.
