Bill Kennedy is an American based screenwriter and producer. His writing credits are the TV series House of Cards (2014-2017), American Odyssey (2015), and the film Sex Ed (2014). Also, he has contributed as a producer to the TV series House of Cards and a documentary called Life on the Line (2013). 

Apart from his career, Bill is also well known as the husband of Abby Elliott, the first second-generation cast member on SNL (Saturday Night Live).

A year after the first date, the screenwriter popped the question, surrounded by the candles and flowers at their apartment. Later, after 11 months of a long engagement, the couple decided to get married in September 2016.
