This Denver-born actor has had a breakout year after playing wildly different characters in the hit series Legacies and the critically acclaimed film Fire Island. Phillips caught the acting bug during his junior year in high school in Fredericksburg, Texas, when the local theater did a production of Man of La Mancha. He later graduated from the musical theater program at Elon University.
