Raghad Hussein was born in Iraq on September 2, 1968. The eldest daughter of former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein and his wife Sajida Talfah. She has since earned the name “Little Saddam” by defending her father’s legacy and encouraging the insurgency into Iraq. After fleeing to Jordan in 2006, she became a guest of the Hashemite royal family under King Abdullah II. She was married and had given birth to her first child at the age of sixteen. All five of her children were born before she was twenty-six, long before the downfall of her father’s regime and before she fled to Jordan.
