Her father, Ken Jeong, is a popular Korean – American actor, comedian, producer, writer, television personality, and licensed physician.
He is best known for his comic timings. Ken is famous for his role in popular series called ‘The Hangover Film Series.’
He is also part of a much-appreciated movie worldwide, which is ‘Crazy Rich Asians.’
Ken was born in Michigan to his South Korean Immigrants parents. He was brought up in North Carolina.
His family was very serious about studies since their childhood.
So, he was very attentive and also a medical student in Louisiana, where he engaged himself in the theatre.
After getting a degree from Ochsner Medical center, Ken moved to Los Angeles and practiced medicine for several years as a physician at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Woodland Hills.
After that, he engaged himself at The Improv and Laugh Factory Clubs regularly.
That’s how he starts getting offers for television.
He gave up his doctor profession in the year 2006 to become a full-time actor.
His wife also supported him for his decision to quit the health profession.
Her mother, Tran ho, is also a doctor by profession.
