Removing a House
If you wish to remove a House from the Keychain in the App, you can do so by factory resetting any locks associated with the house. A house disappears when an Owner factory resets all locks and doorbells associated with the house.
How do you unlock August lock remotely?
Open your August App and go to your lock circle. If you have more than one lock, please select your lock from the keychain and then go to its lock circle. Tap the gray Wi-Fi icon. The Wi-Fi Icon changes color when you are connected to the lock remotely.
