Aside from inspiring others via her memoirs, Sarah is the founder of Woman Evolve, a ministry that has guided people to awakening, healing, wholeness, and love for themselves.

Sarah Jakes Robert was born on July 17, 1988, in Texas, United States. She is currently 32 years old. T.D Jakes (father) and Serita Jakes (mother) are Sarah’s parents (mother). Her father founded and serves as senior pastor of “The Potter’s House,” a non-denominational church in Texas.

Similarly, her mother, Serita Jakes, is an actress who has appeared in films and television shows such as Not Easily Broken (2009), Oprah’s Lifeclass (2013), and Praise (2015).

The author is one of five siblings in her family. Thomas, Jermaine, and Jamar Jakes are her three brothers. Jermaine and Cora Jakes Coleman are her sisters.
