Gould Admits to Being Gay?

Since coming out to his parents in 1988, the Prince of Tides star has had nothing but love and support from his family. With not a single ounce of affection for their kid, they have never been shaken by his coming out.

In an interview with The Advocate in August 1999, mother Barbra Streisand revealed that she accepts her son Jason as he is.

“I would never want my son to be anything other than who he is.” He is intelligent, kind, sensitive, and kind, as well as a highly conscientious and excellent person. He is an extremely talented actor and filmmaker. What else could a parent want from their child? I’ve been quite fortunate. Most parents believe that their child is exceptional, and I am no exception. My son is wonderful. My only goal for my son, Jason, is that he continues to lead a full life filled with love, pleasure, joy, and fulfillment, both creatively and emotionally.”

With the aid of his family, Gould has fully accepted his sexuality and has had no reservations about declaring himself to be gay.

The Listen To Me actor, on the other hand, has kept information about his personal life private, conserving his many memories.

Still, when it comes to dating, he has shared his thoughts in an interview with Billboard, when asked about dating as the son of one of the world’s most famous LGBT idols.

“Well, dating is difficult in general, isn’t it?” But I’m now at ease in my own flesh. It’s difficult to know what other people know or don’t know about you, or what they may project or infer about you. I can only be myself.”

Similarly, the actor has started his family objectives while being tight-lipped about his private personal life on both arms. His yearning for children and a family is unmistakable.

In an interview with the New York Daily News in 2000, he indicated a wish to one day give his parents grandkids and start his own family.

“My mother would love to have a grandchild, and I believe that is her greatest disappointment.” But, you never know, she might yet get one.”

While declaring his wish to have a kid with his partner, Gould, who stands 5’7″, has yet to reveal anything about his relationship or his plans to marry anyone.
