Jocelyn Wildenstein was previously married to, Alec N. Wildenstein, a billionaire art dealer, and businessman who has passed away.

The duo met for the first time during a safari with a fellow friend in Kenya, in 1977.

Both of them were dating different persons at that time. However, their relationship with their partner ended sooner.

Later, On April 30, 1978, they absconded Las Vegas and got married in the same year despite the objection of Alec’s father.

During their togetherness, they became parents to two children named, Diane and Alec Jr. after which Jocelyn got quite close with her father-in-law, though he did not accept her as a daughter-in-law in the beginning.
