Elle was born on July 3, 1989, in Los Angeles, California, the United States to Ashkenazi Jewish, English, Scottish, and Filipino ancestry. Her family was from an entertainment background.

She is the daughter of a former model London King, mother, and comedian Rob Schneider, father. Her childhood was not so easy as her parents divorced and her mother remarried Justin Tesa whereas her father wed Patricia Maya Schneider.

Her grandparents are Pilar Schneider and Marvin Schneider. Similarly, her uncle and aunt are John Schneider and April Schneider.

The country singer grew up in southern Ohio along with her parents. In addition, she had a keen interest in acting from her childhood and made her acting debut in the movie Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo at the early age of ten.
