Khosi Twala (born August 10, 1997) is a South African journalist, broadcaster, beauty influencer, fitness enthusiast, and reality TV Star.
Based in Johannesburg, she has competed in several beauty pageants. She was formerly a contestant in Miss Free State SA (2017), Biogen Face Of Fitness (2020), and Miss Regal International South Africa (2021).
Khosi Twala is currently a Housemate in the ongoing Big Brother Africa (Titans), in which she emerged the winner on the 2nd of April, 2023. She walks home with total amount of $100,000 for winning the maiden edition of the competition.

Early Life
Khosi Twala was born to South African parents on the 10th of August 1997. She was born and raised in the Rainbow Nation. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Twala, decided to give her her birth name – Makhosazene.
She is originally from Newcastle, in KwaZulu-Natal. She spent her formative years residing in the province in the southeastern part of the country. Khosi Twala hails from the Zulu tribe in South Africa. She comes from a family of six. She has three siblings – two brothers and a sister. She is also known by the nickname – Yo-highness K. She earned the alias during her teenage years.
Since she was a young girl, Khosi Twala has aspired to build a career in the media industry. It was her dream to be on TV. As a high school student, she was an active member of the Press Club, Literary & Debate Society, and Drama Society. She represented her school in several debates and quiz competitions. She also competed in local beauty contests and was opportune to win some of them.
