Luke Coutinho was born in the Indian state of Goa in 1980. He is of Far Eastern Asian descent with Indian ancestors. He has yet to reveal any information about his family history, including his father, mother, and brothers.
Moving on to his studies, he finished a three-year program at the Institute of Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition (IHM) in Goa. Prior to that, he graduated from the Dr. T.B.
