Laura Frizzo was born and raised in Crystal Falls, Michigan, as the lone female in a family of three brothers in 1969. Frizzo’s uncle was shot and killed in the line of duty when she was six years old in Glendale, Wisconsin. This had an impact on my decision to seek a career in law enforcement.
