Between 1991 and 1994, he was the drummer for the American rock band Pearl Jam. He took over for drummer Matt Chamberlain shortly before the release of the band’s debut album, Ten, in 1991, and went on to play on the band’s subsequent records, Vs. and Vitalogy.
