Nick Sylvester-Biography

Nick Sylvester is a well-known American musician, songwriter, and music producer who was born and raised in America. He is best known as the husband of investigative journalist Mina Kimes. He began his music career as a Writer for ‘Pitchfork,’ where he evaluated albums and music.

Nick has authored important reviews for a variety of bands, including Death from Above 1979, Man Man, Love Is All, Soulwax, and The Roots, among others. He is also an eager member of the post-punk well-known indie music band known as “Mr. Dream.” In addition, he developed and launched his own personal record label, “GODMODE,” in Los Angeles.
