Fuller started 12 of 13 games as a true freshman in 2013, totaling 58 tackles and six interceptions. He was named the ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year for his efforts. In 2014, Fuller returned as a starter during his sophomore season. Fuller declared for the 2016 NFL Draft on December 15, 2015.
