Toran starred as Rod in the American television series 7th Heaven, which follows the family of a Protestant minister in the fictional town of Glenoak, California. In the world of animation, he is most recognized for his role as King Bob on Disney’s Recess. On the Nickelodeon animated comedy Hey Arnold!, he was the first actor to supply the voice of Arnold Shortman, and later in the series, the voice of Wolfgang, the leader of the 5th-grade bullies.
