Jeffrey Marty formally returned to the dating scene on June 15, 2020, after his wife filed for divorce in Florida. According to the documents filed by Stacey Dash, she and Jeffrey divorced on September 1st, 2019.

Jeffrey took to Twitter hours after the news of their divorce broke, writing:

“I regret to inform you that @StaceyDash has applied for divorce from me. We divorced 9 months ago and made no effort to reconcile. I disagree that divorce is the product of “prayer.” God is a God who forgives, protects, and heals. If they do not, they are not following God.”
