Noree Victoria was birthed on June 10th, 1981. She was born in the city of Baltimore, Maryland, in the United States. She has had a passion for creative writing since she was a child. At the young age of seven, she finished her first book of creative children’s stories.
Education
Noree Victoria has asked her school to allow her to skip her senior year of high school and begin her artistic studies at college at the age of sixteen. She was later granted permission to attend the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
She went on to study Creative Writing, Biology, and African Studies at the university level.
