Offset’s maternal grandmother was Sallie Diane Cephus (the daughter of Frank Cephus and Plassie Eason). Sallie was born in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. Frank was the son of Frank Cephus and Mittie Pippens. Plassie was the daughter of Thad Eason and Ada Suggs.
