A particular diet that can be traced back many years, but was properly labelled in the 1940s, is veganism. While many prominent celebrities call themselves followers of this diet or lifestyle, an interesting celebrity to investigate for this diet is Jack Black.
Jack Black has expressed his support for the vegan diet for health and environmental purposes and says he is vegan in spirit. He does not follow a fully vegan diet yet, but he chose to eliminate red meat from his diet for his Eco Resolution in early 2020.

Jack Black’s Personal Take

This explanation is certainly a humorous one to be expected from Jack Black, but definitely shows he is opening up to the possibility of veganism in the future. He even augmented his comment, by stressing that new technology such as the Impossible Burger are “delish” and sharing that athlete Tom Brady follows a strict, educated vegan diet.
Jack Black’s First Steps to Veganism
Following Cara Delivingne and Advaya’s EcoResolution environmental justice platform, Jack Black vowed to remove red meat from his diet. He chose to do this for mental health and environmental reasons.
He stresses how he thinks everybody should consider this lifestyle and diet change. He also admits that the technology is getting much better with making vegan food taste great.
