2	His good friends, Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld, based the character of "Cosmo Kramer", played by Michael Richards, on Seinfeld (1989) around Kenny Kramer. Kenny wanted to be the one to play himself on the show but Seinfeld wanted to get a professional actor to play the part. Some things done by Michael Richards's Kramer were actually done by Kenny Kramer, such as the reality bus tour. In actual life, Kramer lived across the hall from Larry David, not Jerry Seinfeld.
