A Way Out is an action-adventure game developed by Hazelight Studios and published by Electronic Arts. It is the second video game to be directed by Josef Fares after Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.

What do you do in A Way Out?

A Way Out shares the emotional tug, but it's like a cousin to Brothers, and it is unique. Here, two players use controllers to pry the story out of the game. In this game, two players play together and try to solve problems at the same time.

Do both players need A Way Out?

You just need to use the Friend Pass. First, invite your friend to play with you in the game's main menu. After that, they need to download the demo version of A Way Out. (Note that you'll both need active PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold accounts to play on console.)
