What's a Time Delay Safe?

Time delay safes will deter pharmacy robberies by electronically delaying the time it takes for pharmacy employees to be able to open the safe. Employees must enter a code to open the safe, which automatically triggers a wait time before the safe is electronically unlocked.

How do you open a time delay safe?

Opening procedure:
  1. Enter combination to start time delay (light will start flashing)
  2. After your time delay period (5 or 10 minutes) the light will begin flashing faster with a beep every 30 seconds.
  3. Enter in combination again and turn handle.
