1 Factory Reset a Spotlight/Floodlight Cam
Make sure the camera is powered up. Or the battery is charged. Press and hold the reset button atop the camera for 30 seconds. After releasing it, the status light located at the bottom will flash a few times indicating the camera is restarting.
Where is reset button on ring camera?
Ring Stick Up Cam Battery (2nd Generation)
- Undo the battery cover.
- Find the orange setup button near the battery slot.
- Press and hold the setup button for 10 seconds.
- The light on the front of the camera will flash for several minutes; when the light turns off the reset is complete.
Where is the Setup button on the ring floodlight Cam?
While setting up Ring Floodlight Cam, you will be asked to put the device into "Setup Mode" (note that the device will automatically enter Setup Mode the first time it receives power.) In order to put the device into Setup Mode, press and release the small button on the top of the camera as shown in the image below.
