Merseyside Police has just executed a warrant at Garlands nightclub in Eberle St Liverpool. ... Garlands has now been closed by Merseyside Police following an investigation into drugs supply. A court hearing will take place later today.

Why has Garlands closed?

Garlands was forced to close its doors for three months in 2015 after it was found guilty of being involved in drug dealing on its premises. Two new clubs are opening on the site of Garlands later this month with 'Brickworks' taking inspiration from iconic Dubai clubs White, and Cavali.

When did garlands shut?

Garlands club closed down in 2017 for a short period and rebranded as Brickworks club. From what I can gather, this didn't turn out as expected resulting in Garlands coming home to Liverpool in March 2018 each and every Saturday night till 6am.
