Horrific Visions require players to kill as many enemies as possible within a time frame that is decided by the speed at which their Sanity drains. Each map has a set number of zones and, depending on which Vision you enter, a different set of mobs and bosses to fight.

How do visions work?

When light stimulates the nerve cells in the retina, messages are sent along the optic nerve to the brain. The optic nerves from the two eyes join inside the brain. The brain uses information from each optic nerve to combine the vision from the two eyes allowing you to see one image.

Can you solo visions wow?

World of Warcraft Horrific Visions are new scenarios you can complete solo or with 1-4 additional people. By completing Wrathion's objectives in that scenario, you can obtain a legendary cloak upgrade, which adds to its item level, appearance, and passive/active powers.
