Mobius was a Variant who was taken by the Time-Keepers and had his memory suppressed so that he could be a member of the Time Variance Authority

, an organization that 'protects' the Sacred Timeline from Variants.

Who are the three time-keepers?

They show He Who Remains what his creations had become, and he terminates the incubating Twisters, preventing their existence. He Who Remains then replaces the Time-Twisters with more perfect versions—the Time-Keepers known as Ast, Vorth, and Zanth.

Does Mobius have powers?

While working at the TVA, Mobius has access to all of time and the TVA's time travel technology, allowing him to send others through time and reverse things that happened to people in their past.
