What is LLP FiLLiP form?

The form used for incorporation is FiLLiP(Form for incorporation of Limited Liability Partnership) which shall be filed with the Registrar who has jurisdiction over the state in which the registered office of the LLP is situated. The form will be an integrated form. Fees as per Annexure 'A' shall be paid.

How do I file a FiLLiP form?

In case FiLLiP is getting filed for name reservation, user need to enter 'proposed name' (only one name is allowed) and other relevant details of name reservation. In case none of the Designated Partners have DIN/DPIN, the form can now be signed by providing PAN details of the Designated Partner.
