To get the blueprint for Devolve Namalon, you will need to visit Otak at the Necralisk on Deimos. You can buy it from him for 2000 Standing at the Rank of Stranger with the Entrati Syndicate. Leveling up the Entrati Syndicate is a complex process, so be sure to read up on it if you are a new player.
Where can I find Namalon?
Namalon can be acquired from two different sources:
- Mining yellow mineral veins [seemingly at special hotspots like Albrechts Prospect] in the Cambion Drift.
- Storage containers found in the Bonus vaults found during Isolation Vault bounties.
How do you get Stellated Necrathene?
You will need to purchase a blueprint from Otak at the Necralisk on Deimos for 4000 Standing. You will only be able to buy the blueprint for Stellated Necrathene when you hit the rank of Acquaintance with the Entrati Syndicate, which is the second rank.
