What is immunoreactive cells?
The immunoreactive cells exhibit morphological and immunophenotypic features of so-called fibroblastic reticulum cells, with or without myoid differentiation. They invariably co-express vimentin and, to a lesser extent, desmin and muscle-specific actin isoforms.
