UPS On-Call Pickup®.
You can call to schedule a driver pickup on the same day or a future day, with no limit on the number of packages. The fee is $6.80 per same-day request, or $5.80 for a future-day pickup.
Do I have to pay for UPS collection?
If the sender selected our Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) service, you must pay at the time of delivery. Please know that you cannot pay for C.O.D. shipments in advance and may not inspect a shipment without paying.
Will UPS pick up at my house?
You can request that your shipment be picked up at your home or office simply by scheduling your pickup online at ups.com or by calling UPS directly (in the U.S. and Canada, you can call 1-800-PICK-UPS®). You will be charged for each UPS On-Call Pickup request.
