You get paid every Friday of the week by check or direct deposit. Was once a week a believe. As you work through the temp service (Manpower) you will not receive no raises, holiday pay, paid days off, etc. When you get hired on through the company is when you will receive your benefit package.

Do you get paid your first week of work?

Company Pay Periods

Payroll checks may be issued at the end of each pay period worked, or there may be a lag and your paycheck may be issued a week or two (or longer) after you begin work. At the latest, you should be paid by the company's regular pay date for the first pay period that you worked.
