Modesty socks/pouch for the male genitalia. Place the modesty sock / pouch over full genitalia area for coverage on set, at the tanning salon, or even under swim wear.

What does modesty patch mean?

I can't find any decent pictures but a modesty pouch is basically just a nude coloured sock and a modesty patch is kind of like a nude sticker that sticks to your skin. Cait did say “they really don't protect your modesty, dignity or anything else” so I don't think she's a fan.
