Is there a faster method than CFOP?
It is the most preferred Rubik's Cube speedsolving method used by many of the best speedsolver in the world. Some of the prominent users of the CFOP are Feliks Zemdegs, Antoine Cantin, and Max Park. The Roux is a newer speedcubing method developed by Gilles Roux, so it has not been used as long as the CFOP.
Which is better CFOP vs Roux?
Both are able to get crazy fast times. However, being sub 10 with roux takes more time, as intuition based blocks flow with less ease than algorithmic f2l, and there are more variants for cfop, such as COLL, Zbll, and OLLCP. However, to feel like a god with roux, you only need to learn 43 algs to onelook the corners.
