Retained Employees
Retained Employee means a Full-time Employee currently employed by the Company who continues to be employed during the term of this Agreement whose job duties are directly and substantially related to the Project.
What does retained worker mean?
If you did have a right to reside as a worker but now your job has ended or you work is no longer genuine and effective, you may have a right to reside as a retained worker. You may be a retained worker if: You receive less or no more shifts and you have started a claim for Jobseeker's Allowance or Universal Credit.
How long can you retain worker status?
If you've had to leave your job
This is called 'retaining worker status'. You can retain your worker status for up to 6 months.
