For Early Decision Round I, applications are due by November 15 and decisions will be available in mid-December. For Early Decision Round II, applications are due by January 1 and students will receive notification around late January/early February.

Is Vassar a party school?

People at Vassar relish parties, and there are no shortage of them. Due to the lack of Greek life and an extremely liberal policy towards drinking on the part of the school administration, one can expect to find at least one party in and around almost every dorm on campus three or four days out of the week.

How long does it take for college decisions to come out?

If you applied to colleges where there is rolling admission, it generally can take six to eight weeks to receive a decision. Regular admission deadlines are around the 1st of the year and those decisions are revealed in March and April. You can obtain more specific information by visiting the colleges' websites.
