In episode 8, the two finally kiss. It's not a present scene though, it's a flashback; and it's shown right during a Coach/Addy scene, where they're practicing in Colette's backyard and it's raining.

Who kisses addy?

Dare Me: Addy Kisses Beth.

Is Addy in love with her coach?

Beth in Dare Me is in love with Addy, but Addy is attracted to Coach. Although the Coach clearly does not have any feelings for Addy, she clearly enjoys flirting with her. Addy and Beth used to be really close, but things changed when Coach French arrived.
