Birdcall opened its first location in 2017 at 800 E. 26th Ave. in Five Points, and quickly added another in the Whole Foods Market by Union Station.

Where does Birdcall come from?

Our chicken comes direct from Colorado family farms, our bread is produced at a Colorado baking company, and our spices are developed by a Denver spice firm.

Who started Birdcall?

Gastamo Group, led by co-founder and CEO Jean-Philippe Failyau, operates three Birdcall restaurants in the Denver area. Newlin says the company plans to launch up to six new locations by the end of 2020, primarily throughout Colorado, but is also opening its first out-of-state location in Scottsdale, Ariz.
