Do Dragoons get a dragon in Ffxiv?

Dragoons are dragon killers, not dragon keepers. In FFXI that may have been the case, but in FFXIV they're clearly around to fight dragons, not care for them. DRG will never get a summon like that thanks to the games lore regarding them.
