The Adoring Fan will disappear from the game if you have him wait in a dungeon and let 3 days pass. After 3 days, all the NPCs in a standard dungeon reset. This will remove the Adoring Fan from the game, and he will not respawn.

Not an awful lot to cover about this mod, it makes the Adoring fan essential, and has 2 additional options, one will make him attack enemies with you, and the other will make him attack but had decent ebony gear.
